1. Commitment to Intellectual Property

Our platform hosts and aggregates games through official developer partnerships, licensed game distribution networks (such as Playgama, GameMonetize, GamePix), and direct developer submissions.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and international copyright legislation, Lopi Games maintains strict notice-and-takedown procedures for handling claims of copyright infringement.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent acting on their behalf, and you believe that content available on Lopi Games infringes upon your copyright, please send a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:

1. Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Identification of the Work: Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., game title, registration number, or original source URL).
3. Location of Infringing Material: Specific identification and exact URL(s) on lopigames.com where the alleged infringing material is located so our technical team can swiftly identify and remove it.
4. Contact Information: Your full legal name, company or studio name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and valid email address.
5. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. Accuracy & Penalty of Perjury: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Designated Copyright Agent

All formal DMCA notices, copyright claims, and licensing inquiries must be transmitted directly to our designated team:

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice complying with statutory requirements, Lopi Games will expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material within 24 to 48 business hours.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your game or content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification pursuant to Section 512(g) of the DMCA containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material removed and the URL where it previously appeared.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, phone number, and consent to local federal jurisdiction.

5. Repeat Infringers Policy

Lopi Games adheres to a zero-tolerance policy regarding willful intellectual property infringement. In accordance with Section 512(i)(1)(A), accounts or developer submission privileges belonging to repeat infringers will be permanently suspended and removed from our catalog network.
